Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • You will be able to view and confirm the shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

Miss Good Good Returns Policy

At Miss Good Good, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund.

How to Return an Item:

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
  • Request a Return: Email us at info@missgoodgood.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re returning the item.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. This may take up to 10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please Note:

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
  • Lingerie sets cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please email info@missgoodgood.com with clear photos or videos. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
